Depending on which features you use, App may request access to:
- Photos: to let you choose images for journal entries
- Notifications: to deliver habit reminders and focus timer alerts
These permissions are optional and can be managed at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Backups and Exports
If you choose to export or back up your data, the exported file is created by you on your device and saved to a location you choose, such as the Files app. Imported backups are processed locally on your device.
5. Security
App uses device-local protections to help secure stored data, including encrypted local storage for supported app data and optional app lock or journal lock features when enabled.
No method of storage is absolutely secure, but we are committed to minimizing data exposure by keeping your information on-device whenever possible.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

7. Widgets
If you use Home Screen or Lock Screen widgets, limited app data needed to render widget content may be shared locally between the app and its widget extension on your device.

App does not knowingly collect personal data from children through online services, because the app does not rely on a remote account or cloud data collection system.
